As part of all our support agreements, we provide detailed analysis reports giving times, dates, engineer details, work carried out, and so on. Support is generally provided Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, any support required outside of the terms of the contract is chargeable, although our aim is to be flexible where possible, and our premium support contract clients are afforded additional hours of support for critical system faults.
